By Madhurima Haque|

One fed-up woman has captured her confrontation with her work's human resources (HR) department after they wrote her up for an outfit deemed too "revealing" and "distracting".

"Guys it happened again," TikTok user Maria Dee wrote in a video, "I'm getting sent home for my outfit."

"This time the HR girl approached me," she added. "I'm about to ask her."

Dee filmed the confrontation with a lady in human resources, who told her: "I'm sorry you still can't wear that, it's way too revealing and distracting."

"It's distracting?" Dee asked incredulously in response. "Very," the woman confirmed.

Commenters were confused by the HR woman's insistence.

"I don't get it. No skin showing. Seems very appropriate," said one.

"That looks like regular corporate attire to me," added another.

"I'm an HR leader and I think your outfit is professional and polished!" chimed in one HR professional.

"Definitely go to the company's written dress code and elevate the issue to the HR manager. If she is the manager, go to her supervisor," advised another.
