'Loki' star reveals costume design that allowed her to breastfeed: 'I'm forever grateful'

Actress?Sophia Di Martino knows how hard it is to be a working mum.

The?Loki?star revealed how she managed to play enchantress Sylvie,?as well as breastfeed her baby while on set.

Posting a picture to Instagram, the mum-of-one showed off the design that made it possible so still breastfeed.

"It's not easy being a working Mama (Understatement!)" the 37-year-old captioned the post, revealing that the costume designer designed Sylvie's costume implementing the "genius idea" of adding concealed zippers for easy access.

"I could use my hands-free?@elvie?pumps easily (pictured) and nurse my baby between takes," she gushed.

"It's little (big) things like this that made it possible for me to do my job AND be a parent. I'm forever grateful."

Fans loved the behind-the-scenes detail, praising the costume designer?Christine Wada for making it easier for her to work on set and attend to her child.

"This honestly pleases me so much that they are doing more for mammas in the film industry," one wrote. "I remember at uni being told if I wanted to be a mother then this industry wasn't for me so it's amazing to see that they are completely wrong."

"You're a real life superhero and I can't wait to watch the series," said another.

Di?Martino recently shared she was "heavily pregnant" when she first auditioned for the role of Slyvie, and she came back to Marvel Studios four months postpartum to begin training for the role of Lady Loki.

"The very beginning of my?@officialloki?journey," she captioned an Instagram?post in early June. ?"Hopeful, na?ve and VERY unfit!"
