Motherhood is nothing if not a balancing act, even for celebrities.
But as reality star and Love Island UK host Laura Whitmore proved, a new mum's multi-tasking powers are second to none - even?at Wimbledon.
The presenter shared a photo of herself donning a breast pump in her car before attending the prestigious tennis tournament.
There to watch Ash?Barty?and?Ajla?Tomljanovic?sweat it out?on Court One, the star wasn't about to let her pumping schedule get in the way.
The candid photo, which Whitmore captioned 'Wimbledon bound...',? shows the 36-year-old sitting patiently as she waits for the pump - fitted under her low-cut dress, does its thing.?
Many of her followers praised her efforts, one even joking:?"Wimble-pump!" and another adding "Mama goals!".?
Whitmore and comedian husband Iain Stirling?welcomed their daughter, believed to be named?Stevie?R¨¦ in April, but have shared few details about?their new life as a family of three.
While the pair do post photos of the tot, her face is always hidden from view.
In a recent post, Whitmore opened up about?how she was adapting to motherhood, but urged mums to support, rather than compare themselves, to one another, saying each was on their own journey.
"I am lucky that's my truth at the moment - I'm sure there will be tougher days. But you should never compare yourself to anyone else as your journey is specific to you," she wrote.
"Stop comparing bodies and situations. My body is not here for your comparison so please don't judge it. Support other women, it doesn't knock you - in fact it empowers you."
Whitmore has been open about her commitment to fitting her daughter's feeding schedule around her commitments, telling Grazia?the bub will accompany her on shoots to Spain as she films the upcoming Love Island season.?
"Every time I fly over, she'll go with me because I'm breastfeeding," she told the publication.
?Adding that her mum would join her on the trips for support, saying: "She's excited, it's her first grandchild."?
