Watch dad's hilarious reaction to ultrasound news: 'I'm gonna have a heart attack'

News that one baby is on the way is happy news. So if three bundles of joy are expected, it's triple the joy, right?
A TikTok video showing one man's disbelief after finding out he was going to be a dad to triplets has gone viral. In the video, the man had just returned from work before his wife showed him pictures of her sonogram.
"Why are there two dots?" he asks innocently before his wife starts laughing.

"No way, what?" he asks as his face drops. 'What does that mean?" he demands from his wife over and over before she breaks the news to him - they're having triplets.
The dad-to-be goes through denial and looks over the sonogram pictures looking for an answer, before he finally says, "I'm gonna have a heart attack."
Commenters sympathised with the dad-to-be.
"He knows exactly what that means," said one commenter.
"He didn't know if he should laugh, cry, scream, run, yell, faint!" said another.
"I can see the numbers changing above his head of the amount of college money you'll need!!" one commenter wrote.
