Pink says her daughter is not allowed to have phone until she can prove social media is good for you: 'Good luck!'

Singer Pink has shared a parenting rule that will be hard for her daughter, 11-year-old Willow Sage Hart, to make her budge on.

Speaking to KTU 103.5 FM's Carolina With Greg T In The Morning Show?, the Fun House singer revealed that her daughter does not and will not have a phone จC unless she can fulfill one specific requirement.

"I told [Willow], point blank, 'If you can produce literature from a reputable source that tells me that social media is good for you, then you can be on it. Otherwise, good luck,'" the 43-year-old mum-of-two said.

Though many of Willow's friends are on TikTok, the singer says "that doesn't move my needle, they're not my kids, you're my kid."

She also adds that there ?"a lot of eyes on" Willow, as she's the daughter of a famous person, which increases risk.

But the singer, whose real name is Alecia Moore, clarified that her daughter has a watch with which she can communicate to her parents when necessary.

As for whether Willow could come close to finding proof, Pink does admit she's a little worried.?

"She could be a lawyer. She could literally pass the bar. She's always right," said the proud mum.

But if Willow does in fact find evidence, the So What singer says she will make sure to pull the mum card, jokingly saying "It doesn't matter that you're right, I said!"

"She might actually find that literature, but good luck," she said.

Pink shares Willow and her little brother Jameson, six, with Carey Hart?, whom she married in 2006.

She is currently preparing for her upcoming world tour, Summer Carnival?, after having released her album Trustfall on February 17.

The singer is known for taking her kids on tour with her, though her pre-teen daughter regularly takes trips back home to have some "balance" in her life.?
