Which is why the organisers of 2022's Comedy Pet Photo Awards (sponsored by Animal Friends Insurance) were inundated with submissions from pet owners around the world sharing their favourite snaps of their pride and joys.
After careful selection, the finalists have been announced and these equal parts cute and hilarious photos are just the thing you need to get through another day at work, away from your beloved pets.
