The couple were elevated to the roles last September, following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
The ?overseas trip was delayed a few days with the France portion of the itinerary cancelled over security concerns amid violent protests.

King Charles indulged in a little foosball during his state visit to Germany.
The fun moment for the monarch came on day two of the three-day trip, during a visit to a ?centre providing temporary accommodation to Ukrainian refugees.
His Majesty was joined by Berlin's mayor Franziska Giffey (right), and German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier (to his left) for the visit at the former airport Tegel in Berlin.
It wasn't just foosball the King took an interest in, stopping to talk billiards as well.
Camilla, Queen Consort, was in grandma-mode as she met with Diana Strassheim and baby Kuno during a visit to community centre Refugio in Berlin.
Her Majesty was accompanied by Germany's First Lady, Elke B¨šdenbender, for the visit.
In the afternoon the couple chose to divide and conquer, with King Charles visiting a joint military unit at Finowfurt.
While the Queen Consort visited Komische Opera.

King Charles also visits the Brodowin eco-village in Chorin in Brandenburg.
He was joined by German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier for the visit to the organic cheese farm and had a go at making some cheese.
Earlier in the day, King Charles addressed the Bundestag in Berlin.

King Charles and Camilla were surrounded by an entourage during their visit to the food market but they also met (and made jokes with) plenty of locals, who were clamouring at Wittenbergplatz to get a glimpse of the royal couple.
King Charles the Queen Consort seemed perplexed by one particular item at an organic fruit and vegetable stand.
The couple also spoke to owners at a honey stall, a butchers stand that specialises in regionally sourced meat, a cheese producer and a fish monger, as well as visiting a bakery and a florist.?
