This little girl is about to get the fright of her life

A little girl has been sent running for her life after being startled by a member of the King's Life Guard in London.

The girl, who looks to be around seven years of age, was at Horse Guards ?in Whitehall when the incident occurred.

In a video, shared on TikTok by tourist Octavio Alamanza Cana @octavioalmanza16, we see the girl dressed in a bright pink hoodie and black tracksuit pants dancing around in front of an archway near a stall selling royal memorabilia, when she finds herself in the path of the guard.

Upon seeing the girl and unable to break his stride he yells out: ?"Stand clear!"

She startles and runs to her parents who are standing nearby.

The tourist continues to film the guard who continues his march without a moment's hesitation.

While many TikTok viewers have expressed sympathy for the girl, others have pointed the finger of blame squarely on her parents.?

?"Good job guard, the parents need to teach the kid some respect," one commented.

"Parents! Keep your kid in line," said another.

One person suggested: "I bet he is loving every minute of it but gosh, the child probably had a mild shock there."

"People seem to forget these are soldiers doing their job," added another.

One TikToker reminded the parents the location isn't "Disneyland", despite the fact it is a tourist destination.

?"She ran into the next dimension," another said.

"I'm not a queens guard but I'm going to start doing this anyway," another said.

"Some parents are so clueless it's unbelievable," one person said.?
