We love anything that makes cleaning quicker, easier and more effective.
So it's no surprise that electronic scrubbing brushes have become a cult favourite tool for social media cleaning gurus.
Now Kmart has gotten in on the trend with its $39 long handled scrubbing brush, which comes with a rechargeable battery and three brush heads.
With a handle measuring 86.8cm the brush means you can reach all sorts of tight spaces and corners and give them a more forceful scrub than you can with your hands.
It's also great for people for are unable to bend or crouch easily, or if you just want to be able to clean the shower without getting your feet wet or do it on your hands and knees.
"This gadget is perfect for cleaning hard-to-reach spots and nooks and crannies, without hurting your back and with very little effort," said Megan Birot, Canstar Blue's home and lifestyle editor, in a product review.
"It's also super easy to use with basic features, various brush attachments, an extension bar, and no gimmicks involved."
At the $39 price mark, this brush is a competitor to Kogan's 360กใ rechargeable superscrub and the Deluxe 360กใ spin clean scrubber from Catch.
A review by consumer website Canstar Blue found the Kmart scrubbing brush to be just as good as the Kogan version, but not as sturdy and functional as the Deluxe model.
This price also makes it more affordable than the Labigo electric spin scrubber available from Amazon for $78.99, which is favoured by Aussie home hacks queen Carolina Mccauley, and the $99.99 Good Papa electric spin scrubber.
"It's such a beast, my tub has never been cleaner," Carolina said in a TikTok video featuring the Labigo version.
"Less time cleaning and more time having fun is always a good idea," she added in the comments and we tend to agree.
