What time do you wake up?

"Early, around 6am or even earlier when I'm at home."

How many alarms do you set?

"The dogs are my alarm and they are very reliable!"

Tea or coffee?

"Definitely coffee."

TV or radio, podcast or silence?

"Silence."

What do you eat for breakfast?

"Toast with Vegemite, or cereal, fruit and yoghurt."

How long does it take you to get out the door?

"Not long, I'm pretty organised and usually have my training bags packed and ready to go."

Any unusual morning rituals or habits?

"My morning ritual is to get up with Origi, my Border collie. We have some girl time before Garry and the boys (our dogs Affie and Chino) wake up."

What's the one thing you never have time for in the morning?

"Walking the dogsกญ and they aren't happy about it."

"Put on my Banana Boat Sport SPF50+ sunscreen. The tennis tour follows the sun year-round, so I always need to protect my skin before I leave for the day."
