I Woke Up Like This: The one thing Beck Zemek always does before leaving the house

By 9Honey|

In our 'I Woke Up Like This' series, 9Honey removes the filters from everyday life and bares all for a much-needed reality check.

Speaking to a range of people กช from faces you know to faces you will want to know กช we tear away the fa?ade of make-up and social media and bring things back to basics with realistic 'I woke up like this' selfies and morning routines.

Today, we're 'waking up' with Celebrity Apprentice participant, former MAFS bride and mum-to-be Beck Zemek.

What time do you wake up?

Well, pre-baby I was a 6am starter. However, since my pregnancy I am 1am, 2am, or anytime I get a big push on the bladder!

Beck Zemek says she doesn't have a morning ritual she sticks too, though there's one thing she must do before leaving the house.

How many alarms do you set?

Call me paranoid, but at least five alarmsกญ minimum.

Tea or coffee?

Oat milk lattes can change lives.

TV or radio, podcast or silence?

At home, I am a total introvert and silence is a beautiful thing.

What do you eat for breakfast?

I have a few things I love, but I must say peanut butter and banana on sourdough is a weekly must for me and a clear favourite.

How long does it take you to get out the door?

Surprisingly, I am an easy out and ready in 15 minutes kind of personกญ I could even be more efficient if five minutes of that were not spent searching feverishly for my keys every time.

Any unusual morning rituals or habits?

A philosophical answer or quirky trait would come in handy right about now. Unfortunately, no rituals or habits for me.

What's the one thing you never have time for in the morning?

Traffic. Oh, how I hate traffic.

What's the one thing you always do in the morning?

Before I leave the house, I am making sure the eyebrows are on fleeeeek.
