How many alarms do you set?
"One real alarm and three little human ones."
Tea or coffee?
"Cooooffffeeeeee x 3!"
TV or radio, podcast or silence?
"Silence. When I'm driving or at home alone, it's the only time I get to think. But if it's Friday and I know RnB Friday is playing, it's definitely the radio."
What do you eat for breakfast?
"I'm very naughty, nothing... but if I do, it's toast."
How long does it take you to get out the door?
"We're all out the door every day by 8.15am."
Any unusual rituals or habits?
"I must always have the house spotless before leaving the house, as there is nothing worse than coming home to a dirty place."
What's the one thing you never have time for in the morning?
"A sleep in."
What's the one thing you always do?
"I always make sure that I kiss my kids and Matt goodbye and tell them I love them."
